Director, Business Applications - Process Automation/AI

As the Director of Business Applications, you will provide strategic leadership, responsible for the successful implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our enterprise-wide business systems and applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

• 12+ years business systems management, IT leadership, or a similar role
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise-level business systems
• Deep understanding of business processes
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions with business needs
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
• Project management expertise
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Change management experience
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques
