Director, Business Applications - Process Automation/AI

As the Director of Business Applications, you will provide strategic leadership and responsible for the successful implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our enterprise-wide business systems and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Typically 12+ years business systems management, IT leadership, or a similar role, with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise-level business systems, such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems.
• Experience with cloud-based systems implementation and management is desirable.
• Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving goals and objectives.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions with business needs and long-term organizational objectives.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results within established deadlines.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Change management experience, with a proven ability to lead organizational change and drive user adoption of new systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.
• Understanding of compliance requirements, data privacy regulations, and security best practices.
