The Director, Business Operations & Strategy (Chief of Staff) will serve as the overarching glue across the Emerging Technology Organization, ensuring the team is focused on the right work, effectively delivering on objectives, strategically planning work, supporting and developing team members, and being good stewards of the budget. The role requires both strategic thinking and the ability to drive team alignment, as well as diving deep to ensure effective delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a business management, operations, or senior leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities.
  • Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
