Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 10+ years of experience overseeing enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, ITSM)
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing teams
- Deep expertise in ERP (NetSuite preferred), CRM, and ServiceNow
- Experience leading reporting, analytics, or business intelligence teams
- Strong business acumen, including experience with budget planning
- Experience in high-growth or transformational environments
