We are seeking a strategic and technically adept HR IT Leader to drive our transformative digital roadmap and lead the design, development, integration, and optimization of the HR technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources Technology, or a related field.
- Over 10+ years of experience implementing and managing large-scale Workday solutions across enterprise environments
- Possesses deep expertise in end-to-end HR business processes, with a strong understanding of how technology enables and enhances each stage of the employee lifecycle.
