Zayo is seeking a forward-thinking Director of HR Analytics & Services who can lead with strategy and thought leadership to drive data-informed people strategies and ensure exceptional delivery of HR operational services.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight (8) years of HR Leadership experience in HR shared services including at least 5 years in HR Reporting and Analytics Leadership experience
- Complex judgement based on advanced analytical skill sets and advanced level of communication skills with the ability to negotiate mainly internally and often with higher organization levels
- Demonstrated success transforming HR functions from transactional to strategic and system-enabled high-performing teams
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday strongly preferred)
- Strong process improvement mindset
- Excellent change management, project management, and communication skills
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow)
- Expertise implementing or managing data analysis and visualization tools
