ServiceNow is seeking a Director Outbound Product Management for the Telecom & Media Industries to guide our enablement efforts for customers and partners, pricing and packaging of new products, and serve as the eyes and ears of the products in the market.
Requirements
- A minimum 15 years in a customer-facing role in Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Product Delivery, or similar role.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Demonstrable executive influence with guiding teams of product managers/owners and managing launch/enablement of high-revenue product portfolios
- Knowledge/experience in the Telecom & Media industry domain is a “must have”.
