Empower AI is seeking a DoDIN-A Change Advisory Board Configuration Management (CM) Specialist to provide services in support of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract.
Requirements
- Top Secret Security Clearance based on a Tier 5 (T5) Investigation with ICD 704 (SCI) eligibility
- ITIL 4 Practitioner: Change Enablement Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0 – 5 years of experience
- Basic technical expertise in network architecture, operations, and security.
- Basic experience operating ITSM system tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
- Basic technical expertise in DoD Ports, Protocols, and Service Management
