DoDIN-A Change Advisory Board Configuration Management (CM) Specialist - Intermediate

Empower AI is seeking a DoDIN-A Change Advisory Board Configuration Management (CM) Specialist to provide services in support of the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) on the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract.

Requirements

• Top Secret Security Clearance based on a Tier 5 (T5) Investigation with ICD 704 (SCI) eligibility
• ITIL 4 Practitioner: Change Enablement Certificate
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 – 7 years of experience
• Advanced technical expertise in network architecture, operations, and security.
• Intermediate experience operating ITSM system tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
• Advanced technical expertise in DoD Ports, Protocols, and Service Management
