We are seeking a manager to join our Enterprise Applications & SaaS department, where you will work alongside the department head to expand our business operations.
Requirements
- 10 or more people management experience at SIer, consulting firm, or company
- Project leadership experience, including offshore team members
- Smooth communication with customers and internal and external related organizations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese (N1 level for non-Japanese nationals)
- Knowledge and qualifications in ServiceNow or IT service management
- Experience in leading ServiceNow solution or application development projects, building and developing, and operation and maintenance
