EB IT Information Technology Operations Center (TOC) is seeking a Security Clearance Required Secret Electric Boat Information Technology Analyst to monitor enterprise IT systems and cloud environments. This role serves as a bridge between IT and cyber security teams, ensuring coordinated IT incident response, and provides unified visibility into system health and performance. The position is pivotal in maintaining operational continuity and rapid IT incident detection.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 5+ years in IT operations, network operations, or cybersecurity monitoring.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel), network monitoring (Netbrain, Zabbix), and ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with IT incident response and ITIL/ITSM workflows.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Final DOD security clearance.
