The Merlin Hub in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Lead to join their UK Hub team. This role focuses on complex ER matters, providing expert guidance and ensuring consistency across the organization. The candidate will partner with senior leaders, ER Executives, and HR Business Partners to manage ER-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Employee Relations or Senior Employee Relations role.
- Demonstrable experience managing a high volume of complex ER cases, including ACAS conciliation and tribunal preparation.
- Experience writing policies, developing training materials and delivering manager upskilling.
- Experience using HR systems and case management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is desirable.
- CIPD qualification is advantageous (Level 5 desirable).
- Union experience would be advantageous.
