We are seeking an experienced individual with an employee relations or investigative background to join ServiceNow's Employee Relations Workplace Investigations team.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Promote the highest ethical business standards at the organization, in line with ServiceNow's culture of compliance and zero tolerance for unlawful behavior
- General knowledge of and experience working in Australian employment law/employment practices is mandatory
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity
- Effectively able to communicate with key stakeholders
