We're seeking a Senior Process Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for process mapping, value chain analysis, KPI management, and establishing business value outcomes. You will also be working closely with our ServiceNow teams to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Previous experience or an aptitude and interest in learning for following disciplines: Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Organisational and Operational Change Management, Problem Management, Operations Analysis, ITIL V3, Project Management
- Ability to build relationships with partner teams and collaborate on innovative approaches and solutions
