We are seeking an Incident Management Specialist to lead our Incident Management Team in handling incidents in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience in incident management tools and platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Incident Management Specialist or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly in incident and problem management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with incident management tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow or JIRA
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams during high-stress situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
