Manager, Asset Provisioning (IT Software Asset Management)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager, Asset Provisioning to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, coordination, and execution of software provisioning processes, ensuring that software licenses and resources are allocated efficiently and in compliance with licensing agreements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software asset management, software provisioning, asset data analysis, or a related role
• 2+ years of management experience in a software asset management, software provisioning, asset data analysis, or a related role
• Experience with software license management tools and asset management systems
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Proficient in using IT service management (ITSM) tools and software provisioning platforms(e.g., ServiceNow, Zylo, Flexera, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in software asset management (e.g., CSAM, ITIL) are a plus
