Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Up to 2+ years of experience with bachelor's or equivalent
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365/M365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory
- Experience with AutoPilot, JAMF, ServiceNow, Teams Rooms support
- Strong understanding of asset management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- CompTIA A+, HDI-SCA (or Apple Device Support certifications) are a plus
