Engineer - ServiceNow

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the EY GDS ServiceNow. Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow systems, building service requests, automating tasks, and integrating systems.

Requirements

• Perform Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system
• Build service request fulfilment workflow
• Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality to automate tasks
• Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality to automate tasks
• Integrates and process automation using Orchestration, Web Services, Soap calls, etc.
• Gathers specifications from the business departments
• Interprets business and functional requirements
• Loads, manipulates, and maintains data between Service-now and other systems
• Implements system and integration testing
• Needs ServiceNow CSA certification
• ITIL foundations certification a plus
