Develop and implement configuration management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of configuration items within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct training sessions for employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in CMDB administration and ITSM process management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, particularly ITIL.
- Hands-on experience with Configuration Management in ServiceNow.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, and databases such as Microsoft SQL.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the creation of reports and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with a focus on priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively train and educate others.
- Enthusiasm for learning and exploring new topics.
- Proficiency in English.
