Concentra is seeking an Engineer II, ServiceNow to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and experience with ServiceNow modules, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and business process analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Certification(s) in Business Analysis preferred
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, or Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) preferred
