Concentra is seeking an Engineer II, ServiceNow to design, develop, implement, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, as well as business process analysis and workflow automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Certification(s) in Business Analysis
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, or Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc
  • Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation
  • Ability to create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
