Concentra is seeking an Engineer III, ServiceNow to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and analytical skills to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.
- Experience in business process analysis and workflow automation
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, or Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) preferred
