Goldman Sachs is seeking a ServiceNow Developer Associate to join the Production Runtime Experience team in the Enterprise Technology Operations (ETO) Business Unit. This role will focus on running scalable production management services with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, risk reduction, and automation. The team will deliver solutions for order management, disaster recovery, and developer onboarding, leveraging ServiceNow Platform and Now Platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules.
- Develop solutions leveraging Analytics Intelligence and Reporting.
- Design and build integrations using Now Platform App Engine capabilities.
- Demonstrate strong SDLC practices, including reuse and quality review.
- Expert in IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes.
- Experience with Defining and Interpreting Data Models.
- Fluent in ServiceNow scripting.
- Strong communication skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
