The role focuses on operating scalable production management services and operational excellence, leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities like now, automation, and machine learning. The position will involve design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules and integrations with the ServiceNow platform. ETO team’s focus is on streamlining monitoring, alerting, automation, and incident management.
Requirements
- Actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules.
- Develop solutions leveraging Analytics Intelligence and Reporting.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the Now Platform.
- Expert in IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes and Configuration Management.
- Experience with defining and interpreting data models.
- Experience with scripting and web technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX).
- Experience with Importing Data and Integrating with External APIs.
