Senior Tester

Credence is seeking a Senior Tester to join their team on FedMall/STORES program, a large-scale modernization project on the ServiceNow platform. The Senior Tester will lead testing efforts for STORES 2.0, ensuring quality, functionality, and performance of features. The role requires close collaboration with developers, stakeholders, and testers, along with leading a team of testers.

Requirements

• Expert in particular business processes, responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives.
• Lead the performance of functional, regression, integration, performance, and compliance testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, including with ServiceNow ATF.
• Experience with Jira, test case design, test planning, defect management, API testing, and performance testing.
• Experience with Scrum and SAFe agile framework.
• Experience with test automation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eligible for IT-II security clearance or NACLC.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic ServiceNow navigation.
