Goldman Sachs is seeking an Engineering - Enterprise Technology Operations (ETO) Associate to join the Production Runtime Experience (PRX) team within Production Runtime Experience (PRX). This role focuses on operational excellence, automation, data science, and machine learning to streamline monitoring, alerting, and incident management, utilizing ServiceNow Platform and Now Platform capabilities. The team supports order management, disaster recovery testing, and developer onboarding, with a strong emphasis on scalability, best-in-class engineering, and innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Actively participate in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules.
- Leverage Analytics Intelligence and Reporting (Virtual Agent, Natural Language Intelligence).
- Design and build integrations and custom applications using Now Platform App Engine capabilities.
- Expertise in IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes.
- Experience with defining and interpreting data models and querying SQL databases.
- Partner with ServiceNow Implementation partners and Platform support teams.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years ServiceNow installation, config, & implementation. 2+ years as ServiceNow Application Developer/Implementation Specialist. Knowledge of ITIL/SMI practices
