Engineering Program Manager, Law Enforcement Compliance Systems

This Engineering Program Manager role focuses on relationship management between the Law Enforcement business team and IS&T engineering resources. The role involves managing project requests, delivering projects on time and scope, and coordinating all aspects of new system releases, from requirements gathering to user training and onboarding. Requirements

• Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript
• 5+ years experience writing business requirements for a variety of solutions
• Knowledge of task management solutions (ServiceNow, JIRA, Wrike, etc.)
• Proficiency in software development life cycles and reporting tools (Business Objects, Tableau)
• MS or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
