Engineering Program Manager, Law Enforcement Compliance Systems

This Engineering Program Manager role focuses on managing the relationship between the Law Enforcement business team and internal IS&T engineering resources, overseeing the complete annual IS&T project submission process, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The role involves managing system projects from ideation to completion, communicating with stakeholders, and driving software adoption. The position manages requirements writing, UAT plans, and support for the user and legal teams.

Requirements

• Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript
• 5+ years experience writing business requirements for a variety of solutions
• Knowledge of task management solutions (ServiceNow, JIRA, Wrike, etc.)
• Awareness of multiple API technologies (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc.)
• Proficiency in software development life cycles and reporting tools (Business Objects, Tableau)
• MS or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience
• US Security Clearance (preferred)
