Engineering Program Manager, Law Enforcement Compliance Systems

This Engineering Program Manager will own the relationship between the Law Enforcement business team and internal IS&T engineering resources. They will complete projects, manage status calls, and drive cross-functional system projects from ideation to completion. The role requires ensuring projects meet requirements, managing user acceptance testing, and coordinating new releases with various teams.

Requirements

• Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript
• 5+ years experience writing business requirements for a variety of solutions
• Knowledge of task management solutions (ServiceNow, JIRA, Wrike, etc.)
• Awareness of multiple API technologies (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc.)
• Proficiency in software development life cycles and reporting tools such as Business Objects and Tableau
• MS or BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering
• US Security Clearance
