Engineering Program Manager, Law Enforcement Compliance Systems

This role is for an Engineering Program Manager to ensure successful implementation of Law Enforcement compliance systems. The position involves managing interactions with internal engineering, creating project requests, facilitating communication, and ensuring projects are completed on time. The role involves requirements gathering, testing, and user documentation.

Requirements

• Familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript
• 5+ years experience writing business requirements for solutions
• Knowledge of task management solutions (ServiceNow, JIRA, Wrike, etc.)
• Awareness of multiple API technologies (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc.)
• Proficiency in software development life cycles and reporting tools (Business Objects, Tableau)
