We are seeking a sales engineer to provide world-class presales support for BigPanda's enterprise sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise monitoring and event management solutions, as well as sales engineering or customer-facing roles.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- 3-5 years of experience with enterprise monitoring and event management solutions
- 1-2 years in a sales engineering role at a SaaS or software vendor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Broad knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools and cloud platforms
- Experience integrating ITSM tools with monitoring systems
- Familiarity with scripting languages and complex web architectures
- Comfortable troubleshooting Linux/Windows server, network, and cloud infrastructure issues
- Strong presentation and communication skills
