Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ESM projects.
  • Practical knowledge of OpenText SMAX or similar platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Freshdesk).
  • Valid ITIL certification (v3 or 4).
  • Familiarity with scripting and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience in IT process consulting or optimization is a plus
  • Involvement in digital transformation or workflow automation initiatives is a strong asset
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
