Join our team as an Enterprise Service Management Consultant and optimize business workflows, solve complex challenges, and lead transformative changes across organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ESM projects.
- Practical knowledge of OpenText SMAX or similar platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Freshdesk).
- Valid ITIL certification (v3 or 4).
- Familiarity with scripting and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience in IT process consulting or optimization is a plus
- Involvement in digital transformation or workflow automation initiatives is a strong asset
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
