Requirements

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ESM projects.
- Practical knowledge of OpenText SMAX or similar platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Freshdesk).
- Valid ITIL certification (v3 or 4).
- Familiarity with scripting and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
