Protective is seeking a Lead Enterprise Portfolio Manager to oversee multiple large-scale projects and programs, including acquisitions, across the enterprise. This role is critical to aligning projects with strategic objectives, ensuring execution, and delivering on-time and within budget. The position requires a strong analytical and communication skills to solve complex issues and drive business value.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in project and portfolio management.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale project portfolio.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Project Management related certifications preferred.
