As an ER Specialist at Kerry, you will be responsible for coaching and developing ER Executives, ensuring excellent customer service, managing key projects, and acting as a second point of escalation for complex stakeholder issues. You will also be responsible for coordinating and delivering training and development to People Managers, ensuring a positive experience for all Employees and People Managers, and providing evidence-based advice and guidance to People Managers on emerging trends and patterns in their respective business area.
