We are looking for a Lead Performance Analytics to work with us in Guadalajara, MX. The ideal candidate should have experience in ServiceNow performance analytics, hands-on ITSM applications configurations and design, and scripting and business rules. The role is hybrid for Mexico city and Guadalajara.
Requirements
- Experience in ServiceNow performance analytics
- Hands-on ITSM applications configurations and design
- Experience in ServiceNow flow designer for workflow configurations, Data Analysis & Interpretations
- Experience in ServiceNow reporting, business process and visualization
- Experience in ServiceNow Performance Optimization, Integrations with Automation scenarios
- English fluent
