As an ER Specialist at Kerry, you will be responsible for coaching and developing ER Executives, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing key projects. You will also be responsible for training and development, case management, and providing evidence-based advice and guidance to People Managers.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Knowledge of employment law
- 5+ Year’s Experience
- High level of English language proficiency
- Proficiency in one or more additional foreign language
- In depth knowledge of ServiceNow
- Knowledge of relevant employment law, and local regulations
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy laws, Immigration and visa requirements, Working time practices and limits, Employee relations case law, disciplinary, grievance and long-term absence best practises, Statutory / Health and Safety / Ethical best practise and audit requirements
