- Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL practices across incident, change, problem, request, and service catalog modules.
- Define and optimize process workflows with a user-centric, automation-first approach.
- Lead platform integrations with external systems (SIEM, CM tools, DevOps pipelines).
- Ensure architectural integrity across custom apps, MID servers, and APIs.
- Advise on upgrade strategy, platform roadmap, and release impact.
Requirements Summary
