We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow modules, particularly IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and the highly sought-after IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Requirements
- Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members and stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to optimize service delivery using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Oversee integration of ServiceNow with third-party tools and legacy systems, ensuring seamless workflows.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and governance in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors, facilitating clear communication and efficient project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Support ITIL-aligned processes and encourage adoption of ITIL best practices to enhance IT service management maturity.
