The ServiceNow GDN Associate Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to address IT department and business needs. The role requires a strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and ITIL, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Requirements
- Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM).
- Follow best development practices.
- Support developers in system integration.
- Support business process owners.
- Administer the system.
- Create technical design documents and write unit test cases.
Requirements Summary
2+ years ServiceNow implementation/customization experience. Good web development knowledge. Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and ITIL. Excellent communication skills and adaptability
