We are seeking an experienced Executive to join our ServiceNow implementation team. The ideal candidate will have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects, with a strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services and minor enhancements)
- Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps etc.)
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization (business rules, client scripts, flows)
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and ability to deliver in sprint cycles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
