This role for a ServiceNow GDN Associate Consultant involves developing technical solutions and supporting the IT department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in web development languages like JavaScript and Ajax. Exposure to ITIL and ITSM frameworks is a plus.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Minimum 2 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
- Knowledge of web based development languages (JavaScript, Ajax)
- Knowledge of ITSM Framework and ITIL
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to details

Requirements Summary
2+ yrs ServiceNow implementation, good communication skills and ability to multitask. ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are a plus
