The Executive is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the IT department's needs. They should be able to work in a dynamic environment, have excellent attention to detail and multitask skills, and be comfortable with web-based development languages like JavaScript and Ajax.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
- Excellent attention to details and effective time management skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax
- Understanding of ITSM frameworks and ITIL
- Excellent Communication Skills
