The ServiceNow GDN Associate Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the IT department's needs and contribute to broader business objectives. The role involves building and maintaining ServiceNow modules, supporting other developers, and ensuring best development practices. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are key.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of implementation/customization experience on ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow integration protocols with application/systems
- Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills
- Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically JavaScript, Ajax
- Exposure of ITSM Framework and ITIL
- ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are a plus
