Seeking an Executive with experience in ServiceNow implementation projects. Requires 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, strong scripting and technical skills, and familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services and minor enhancements).
- Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps etc.).
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization (business rules, client scripts, flows).
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and ability to deliver in sprint cycles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to practice growth.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.
