This full-time Executive-KDNI consultant role focuses on ServiceNow implementation projects. Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services)
- Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps etc.)
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment
