This position is for a ServiceNow Associate Consultant within a high-performing implementation team. The role involves deploying and configuring ServiceNow applications, participating in agile ceremonies, and contributing to technical solutions. Experience with ServiceNow implementation projects only, not managed services, is required.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not managed services or minor enhancements)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps)
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and innovate
