This Executive-KDNI Consultant role focuses on ServiceNow implementation projects, working only within the ServiceNow implementation team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations, alongside ITIL framework knowledge and strong scripting/technical skills. Collaboration and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects
- ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, or business rules experience
- ITIL framework understanding
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to growth
