This is an Executive-KDNI role for ServiceNow implementation. Candidates should have prior ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably from projects, and a strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies. The role involves collaboration, scripting, customization, and ensuring high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (not managed services/enhancements)
- 2+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps)
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment
Requirements Summary
2+ years of ServiceNow implementation project experience, strong scripting skills, and understanding of ITIL/Agile methodologies. Must also be able to learn ServiceNow's platform customization and scripting
