This is a ServiceNow implementation consultant position focused on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects within a high-performing team. The role involves collaboration with the implementation team, participating in Agile ceremonies, and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Candidates should have prior ServiceNow implementation experience and a strong understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM concepts.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects (excluding managed services and minor enhancements)
- Working knowledge of one or more ServiceNow modules/applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps)
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eagerness to learn and innovate
