A ServiceNow Associate Consultant will join a high-performing ServiceNow implementation team, focused solely on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects. The role involves collaboration, configuration, customization, problem-solving, and continuous learning to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. The consultant will work within an Agile Scrum framework.
Requirements
- Prior ServiceNow Implementation experience (not managed services or minor enhancements).
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.).
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management.
- Strong scripting and technical skills in ServiceNow platform customization.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment.
Requirements Summary
